My face when someone calls me “FAT!”

For many women, we all know this story too well. We don’t feel like we are good enough, skinny enough, pretty enough or we have stretch marks and imperfections. For me, I was called “fat” or “obese” & I always thought I was “ugly” even though I had “potential.” For years we are trained to be competitive among other women or not support one another because of our insecurities. For years we have so many obstacles to face from within because we need to learn to love ourselves. How can we do this to ourselves? How can we continue to talk negatively to ourselves and view ourselves as “not pretty” or “worthy” of love or acceptance?

I want you to know that you are beautiful! I want you to know that you are worth it and worthy of everything you want in life. I want you to know that you can look at other women, support them & inspire them while embracing your journey and sharing your flaws! There is nothing wrong with you. There is no ideal body, there is no ideal woman. There is only you redefining the definition of beauty for yourself.
